What is Click & Collect?

Order online and collect from the shop of your choice.

How long will it take for my order to be ready in store?

24 hours for Click and Collect to be ready in store.

How do I know when my order is ready in store?

You will receive a call or email from the store confirming your order is ready for collection

How long will my order be kept in store for collection?

All orders paid in full will be held for 7 days for collection. After this time there could be a slight delay in waiting for stock to arrive from our suppliers

What happens if I can not collect my order?

We can courier any order nationwide for a frieght fee if you are unable to collect.

How do I collect my order in store?

Report to the front desk and provide them with your online order number. ID will be required for any order collections

What do I need to take with me when I collect my items?

Your online order number, photo proof of identity (drivers licence, passport etc)

How do I return items delivered by Click & Collect?

You can either courier these back to the store for a return or drop these off at the same store they were collected from

Why am I getting emails from Oobe?

When you agree to our terms and conditions you agreed to join up to our mailer.

How do I opt out of marketing emails?

Unsubscribe from the mailing list either by clicking on the link on the email or logging into our website and unsubscribing.

Has my order been shipped out yet?

You should have received and email quoting your Courier Tracking numbre for any orders sent from our stores

I have received a faulty item

Follow the returns policy for faulty products

An item in my order is incorrect

How long will my order take to arrive?

Our policy is to have orders delivered within 5-7 Working days

Can I ship to an international address?

No only National deliveries are accepted

Can I arrange to collect my order instead of having them couriered?

Yes please see our Click and Collect option

Can I change the delivery address for an order that I have already submitted?

Yes as long as the delivery has not departed our store you may amend the delivery address

Will I receive my order in time for Christmas?

Yes as long as it is within our delivery times of 2-3 working days

My Order status is suspended, what does this mean?

This usually means the payment was declined

Can I deliver to a P.O. Box or Parcel-pod

No only physical addresses as all items are couriered

What happens to my details when I register?

All customer details are registered in our Point of Sales system for Warranty purposes.

Payments & Billing

Is it safe to buy online using my credit card?

We use a secured network through DPS and the BNZ for online payments. No credit card information is kept or stored on this site.

Can I purchase online with my Oobe Credit Account?

No you'll need to contact the Commerial Sales Manager for a customer quote and/or order

Can I purchase online with my Oobe Gift Card?

Can I return or exchange items that I buy online at Oobe retail stores?

No exchanges are accepted but returns for faulty items yes please see our returns policy.

My purchase is faulty, how can I exchange it?

Will I have to pay another courier fee for return or replacement product?

If you have a faulty product no freight for a replacement item will be charged. However if the prodcut is not faulty then yes freight is charged for the return of the product.

How do I search for a product?

In the search bar type a short description using key words for the product you wish to look up and click search.

I have bought something but have seen it at a different price on your website

We will match the online price

Do I need to create an account to shop with you?

No you can use a Guest log in when purchasing items.

I have a discount code, how do I use it?

We do not use discount codes for online orders
